* Lightning Communication Systems installs state of the art High Speed Internet service in High-end Apartment Complex
LCS completed a major upgrade of internet service and switching technology for Compass Pointe Apartments in Valparaiso. We installed a 45meg Fiber Internet line, and upgraded to Zyxel smart switches. 15 buildings are now served by superfast internet to each building, controlled and managed bandwith, security and stability all by LCS.
* Lightning Communication Systems overhauls North Central Community Action Agency.
Recently, LCS was asked to replace an aging collection of PC's for NCCAA. We designed a customized PC based on their unique user requirements and deployed 14 new machines across 4 office locations. We also refurbished 5 PC's for a computer lab, and refurbished two PC's that were attached to flat screen televisions for educational power-point presentations. Our solution will serve NCCAA well into the future and we are proud to continue to maintain as well as upgrade North Central when needed.
* Lightning Communication Systems completes SIP (Structured Insulation Panel) Eco-Home's Audio/Visual Systems.
LCS recently finished an eco-friendly project that we are very proud of. In association with NPLH inc, Flemington Contruction, K&B Electric, and many others, we successfully designed and implemented a total custom A/V system, security and structured wiring plan for the owners. The system features all energy star compliant equipment, green wiring, green electronics, and custom installation.
* Lightning Communication Systems upgrades Northern Indiana Education Foundation
LCS completed a major restructuring of NIEF recently, this included splitting off multiple servers, internet providers and splitting the buildings wiring to sever a highly integrated system they were sharing with another tenant. We provided an IBM Server, powered by IBM Foundations software, and installed new high speed DSL service, VPN, Quickbooks Server, and Wireless Access points. We also helped create a business center for visitors as well as empowered the audio/visual systems with network connectivity.
* Lightning Communication Systems upgrades Michigan City Dental PC Dental Office.
Michigan City Dental PC contacted LCS for a proposal for new computers, we have worked with them in the past including doing maintenance for them as well as designing CCTV security. Lightning provided 9 customized pcs for their new state of the art dental imaging software, installed and assisted the software vendor, and recycled all obsolete equipment ecologically.
